Looking for something rich and indulgent then this is the Christmas dessert for you. We take our super fudgy brownie, add some crunchy hazelnut cream, roll it up and top it with even more chocolate. It's been doing the rounds at our markets and events this year and is always the first item to sell out. 
 
We usually cut this into ten slices but it could serve 12. It'll keep for at least 7 days in an air tight container in the fridge and it can also be frozen.
