Is it really Christmas without a trifle?? We couldn't find a good one in the supermarkets so we decided to create our own. It's as traditional as it gets, made fresh by us and super tasty. It starts off with a house baked vanilla sponge, topped with our own fruit compote, smooth custard and freshly whipped vanilla cream.
